When Andrea Grant was just nine years old, a gas explosion left her with third degree burns on 85 percent of her body. Now, at 24, Grant is a motivational speaker and runs a foundation that encourages burn survivors to live with joy and confidence. The Florida resident is also 37 weeks pregnant with her second child—something doctors once told her would never be possible due to the extent of her injuries.

Grant celebrated her pregnancy with a beautiful photo shoot that she hoped would help lift up other survivors who also dreamed of having a family. Grant shared the stunning images (taken by Terrence Armand) on Instagram. During the shoot, Grant rocked two beautiful dresses and a crown fit for a queen. Beneath the images, Grant included encouraging captions like "thank you for loving who I really am" and "life is worth living with scars."

The photos quickly went viral and sparked an outpouring of social media support for Grant. “It makes me feel like God is reminding me that I am beautiful,” Grant told BuzzFeed about the photos' response. “If you are feeling low about the way you look, look in the mirror find that one thing that you love about yourself. Build confidence around that and once you’ve built yourself up, no one can ever bring you down.” Congrats to Grant on her pregnancy! Take a look at her photos below.
