Fit mom Adrienne Osuna is proof that what you weigh doesn't mean diddly-squat. A couple of weeks ago, she shared an amazing before-and-after picture on Instagram, and it has more than 10,000 likes. People are seriously impressed with her amazing transformation. But the most interesting part is that she's pretty much the same weight in both photos. In the first image, Osuna weighed 182 pounds. And now, she's down to 180 pounds. Two pounds doesn't sound like a lot of progress, but Osuna went from a size 16 to a 10.

"Well, holla at your girl for losing another pound," Osuna wrote in the caption. "I thank God I didn't let the scale stop me. I could care less what I weigh." And she shouldn't. Hopping on the scale every day isn't the only way to monitor your fitness goals. Plus, muscle is denser than fat, and Osuna has been building muscle by doing some heavy weight lifting in the gym.

"For reals—powerlifting built this body," Osuna added to the caption. "My goals are to build muscle and lose fat." Osuna has been smashing those goals, thanks to lifting five days a week and a little bit of cardio. Some of her favorite moves are deadlifts, squats, and bench presses. Osuna’s regimen may not be drastically shedding pounds, but she is definitely getting stronger.
